Who We Are

Uptime Logic LLC (“Uptime Logic,” “we,” “us”) operates uptimelogic.net and provides AI Front Desk systems and managed IT services for New Jersey service businesses and other local operators. Our general contact email is hello@uptimelogic.net. Current-client support is support@uptimelogic.net.

Information We Collect

From operators and prospects: When you submit an audit request or contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and business name. This information is used to schedule and conduct your conversation with us.

From callers and end users of client systems: When we operate an AI Front Desk on behalf of a client, we process inquiry data submitted by that client’s customers — which may include name, email, phone, appointment requests, call metadata, SMS conversations, and form messages. That data is processed on behalf of the client and governed by that business’s privacy practices. We do not use it to market Uptime Logic.

How We Use Your Information

• To contact you about an audit request or inquiry
• To operate and improve AI Front Desk and managed IT systems for clients
• To send service-related communications (not marketing email without permission)

Data Storage & Security

Prospect and operator form data submitted through this website may be stored using Google Apps Script for audit, contact, and opt-in transport, and Calendly when you open scheduling. We do not sell personal data. We do not publish a street address. Security and retention details that belong in a contract are handled in writing with clients rather than as extra legal claims on this page.

Cookies & Analytics

This marketing site does not currently describe a third-party analytics product. Scheduling uses Calendly when you open the audit flow. Calendly’s own notices apply to that widget.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@uptimelogic.net.
