Uptime Logic LLC ("Uptime Logic," "we," "us") operates uptimelogic.net and provides AI front desk, inquiry management, and automation systems for hospitality businesses — including restaurants, hotels, event spaces, catering businesses, and related operators. Information We Collect
From hospitality operators and prospects: When you submit an audit request or contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and business name. This information is stored securely and used only to schedule and conduct your audit call.
From guests (end users of client systems): When we operate an AI front desk on behalf of a client, we process inquiry data submitted by guests — including name, email, phone, reservation requests, catering inquiries, private event requests, hotel guest questions, call metadata, SMS conversations, and contact form messages. This data is processed on behalf of the client business and governed by that business's privacy practices. We do not use this data for any purpose other than operating the service.
How We Use Your Information
- To contact you about your audit request or inquiry
- To operate and improve AI front desk systems for client hospitality businesses
- To send service-related communications (never marketing without consent)
Data Storage & Security
All data is stored using Supabase, a SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure provider. We use row-level security to ensure data is accessible only to authorized parties. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., SMS and email delivery providers, voice infrastructure providers).
Cookies & Analytics
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools on this website. We may collect basic server-side logs (IP address, page visited, timestamp) for security and uptime purposes. These logs are not shared with third parties and are deleted within 30 days.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@uptimelogic.net. We will respond within 5 business days.
Mobile Apps
Uptime Logic LLC may publish mobile applications in addition to its business services. Each mobile app may process different types of data depending on its features. The app-specific notices below explain what each app does, what data it processes, and whether data is collected by Uptime Logic LLC or third parties.

Mobile App- Purpose
- Helps users import spreadsheet lead lists, call leads, track call outcomes, and export updated lead lists.
- Data Processed
- Spreadsheet lead data imported by the user, which may include names, business names, phone numbers, websites, positions, notes, and call outcomes.
- Data Storage
- Imported lead data is stored locally on the user's device unless the user chooses to export, share, or otherwise transmit the file.
