Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
Acceptance of Terms
These terms govern your use of uptimelogic.net and, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, your use of services offered by Uptime Logic LLC (“Uptime Logic,” “we,” “us”). By using this website, requesting an audit, or continuing to use a service after these terms are presented, you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the services.
Description of Services
Uptime Logic provides managed AI front-desk and revenue-capture systems for hospitality and home-service businesses. Depending on the scope we agree in writing, that work can include answering and qualifying inbound inquiries, booking or routing approved requests, and handing structured outcomes to the client’s team. We may also provide related managed IT support when that is part of a separate engagement.
Website content, sample calls, and descriptions of how a system can work are illustrations of the service. They are not a promise that every business will receive the same setup, timeline, or result. The operating rules, channels, and responsibilities for a particular client are set in that client’s written scope, not by this page alone. A signed agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website or a client system in violation of law, or to mislead callers or guests
- Submit information you do not have the right to provide, including someone else’s personal data
- Interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or probe systems except as we expressly allow
- Use the services to send spam, or to collect data beyond the scope agreed for that system
- Resell, copy, or present Uptime Logic systems as your own product
We may suspend access to the website or a service when use breaks these terms or creates a security or legal risk. Client systems must follow the answers, booking rules, and escalation limits the client has approved.
Intellectual Property
The website, its text and design, the Uptime Logic name and logo, and the software, prompts, workflows, and documentation we supply remain the property of Uptime Logic LLC or its licensors. You receive only the limited right to use them as part of an active service relationship or to browse this public site. You keep ownership of your business name, customer records, and materials you provide to us. You grant us permission to use those materials only to provide the agreed services. Feedback you choose to send may be used to improve the services without any obligation to you.
Limitation of Liability
The website and any sample or scheduling tools on it are provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uptime Logic disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in a written agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uptime Logic LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for lost calls, missed bookings, or decisions a business or its customers make from information a system handled. Our total liability arising out of the website or a service, except where a written agreement sets a different limit or the law does not allow a limit, will not exceed the fees you paid to Uptime Logic for that service in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
